I have many childhood memories of my mother creating these delightful treats during the holidays and for special family gatherings.  Many have asked for this recipe in the past, and as my mother always gladly shared it, I continue the tradition of passing it on to the future generations. . .Myrl Jeffcoat 

1 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup White Sugar

1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

3 Cups Walnuts

 

Combine Sugar with Milk.  Boil till soft ball stage.  Add Vanilla, stir in Walnuts.  Stir till nuts are coated.  Pour on wax paper and separate.
