STUFFED CABBAGE LEAVES OR ROLLS
 
Francie Heady's Recipe
(June 14, 1910 - September 2, 1975)
 
1 Lb. Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion
2 Tablespoons Rice
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Salt and Pepper
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Water
Cabbage
 
Cut out core of Cabbage.  Cook head of Cabbage about 5 minutes or until leaves can be removed.  Place Meat Mixture in each leaf.  Fold in sides then ends - Sprinkle some Brown Sugar over rolls and some Tomato Juice in a Bake Dish and Bake covered at 325 for about 1 hour.
