Ground Beef
- 2
Tablespoons Chopped Onion
- 2
Tablespoons Rice
- 2
Tablespoons Sugar
- Salt and
Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup
Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup
Water
- Cabbage

- Cut out
core of Cabbage. Cook head of
Cabbage about 5 minutes or until leaves can be removed.
Place Meat Mixture in each leaf.
Fold in sides then ends - Sprinkle some Brown Sugar over rolls and
some Tomato Juice in a Bake Dish and Bake covered at 325
for about 1 hour.
