2 LBS. GROUND BEEF
1/2 HEAD LETTUCE
1 TOMATOES (CUT UP)
1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS (RINSED & DRAINED)
6 GREEN ONIONS SLICED
1 SMALL CAN SLICED OLIVES
1 CHOPPED RED OR GREEN BELL PEPPER
1 PACKET OF TACO SEASONING
2/3 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 CUP BROKEN TORTILLA CHIPS
SALSA
 
IN A FRYING PAN BROWN THE GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN.  ADD TACO SEASONING.  WHILE THE BEEF IS COOLING IN THE REFRIGERATOR, ASSEMBLE  YOUR LETTUCE, TOMATOES, ONIONS, KIDNEY BEANS, OLIVES AND BELL PEPPERS.  ONCE THE BEEF IS COOL, BLEND ALL TOGETHER....TOP WITH THE CHEESE AND TORTILLA CHIPS.....SERVE WITH SALSA FOR ZIP.
