1. Special note for Reschedule API - if the changeschedule tag in the Reschedule API is set to "N", the scheduleaction tag and schedulegroup tag must be present, though the values within them will be ignored.
2. When taking an Install, Restart, Change of Service or Disconnect it is possible to send a "job" to the "pool". This happens when the day you are scheduling the job for is less than or equal to the last day routed (volitileflds table, Istroute field). When this happens, a pool priority must be selected. This value comes from the Code36 table (137). This field is only allowed/used when the transactions are onf of the following; Install, Restart, ChangeOfService or Disconnect.
